LEFT WING INBOARD SLAT HAS APPROX 8" X 6" SQ AREA OF THE SLAT HAS MISSING SKIN.  COMPLETED ALL STEPS OF PRELIMINARY REQ 3 AS REQUIRED. VERIFIED ALL STEPS OF EO-97577REQ5 HAS BEEN COMPLETED.  MAJOR REPAIR.
