AT CRUISE FL350 CAPTAIN'S NR 1 FORWARD WINDOW OUTER PANE SHATTERED RESULTED IN WINDOW HEAT L STATUS MESSAGE AND HEAT WINDOW L EICAS MESSAGE. REMOVED AND REPLACED LH WINDOW HEAT CONTROLLER PER MM 30-41-01. NEEDS OPS CHECK AFTER WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT.
