FOUND MAIN DECK CARGO FLOOR PANEL DAMAGE.   IAW SREO-42648-REQ1, REV 3 FABRICATED A NEW FLOOR PANEL.  CONDITION CHECK IS SATISFACTORY.   IAW AMM 53-21-02-404-006 REV.116 INSTALLED MAIN DECK CARGO FLOOR PANEL.
