FAULT - DISBOND - SKIN , INBD EDGE OF L/H WING T/E OUTBD FLAP T/E UPPER SKIN , WBL 355. I.A.W CMM 57-53-51 REV 39 REMOVE THE RETAINER AND SEAL. REMOVE THE DISBOND MATERIALS AND CLEAN. BOND THE REPAIR PLIES WITH RESIN CURED AT 200°F FOR 220 MINUTES WITH MINIMUM VACUUM OF 22 IN/HG.
