CREW ENTRY DOOR PROXIMITY SENSOR BRACKET IS CRACKED.  REMOVED SENSOR BRACKET (SUPPORT ASSY) AT CREW ENTRY DOOR IAW SRM 51-40-02-0G-0. INSTALLED CREW ENTRY DOOR WARNING SENSOR IAW AMM-52-71-00-400-802.  PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT AND OPS CHECK IAW AMM-52-71-00-735-053 OPS CHECKED GOOD.
