EMERGENCY DECLARED, DIVERTED.  RECEIVED CABIN ALT WARNING AT 40,000 FT. AUTO 1 AND AUTO 2 NOT WORKING. WAS ABLE TO REGAIN PRESSURIZATION CONTROL IN MANUAL MODE REMOVED AND REPLACED CABIN PRESSURIZATION SELECTOR PANEL IAW AMM 21-31-01. OPS TEST GOOD  REMOVED AND REPLACED CABIN PRESSURIZATION SELECTOR PANEL IAW AMM 21-31-01. OPS TEST GOOD.
