EMERGENCY DECLARED,  IN FLIGHT SHUT DOWN DURING CLIMB THRU FL220, LTT ENG FAILED WITHOUT WARNING. AIRSPEED WAS APPROX 310 KTS. N2 ROTATION NORMAL AFTER SHUTDOWN. NO OTHER PROBLEMS THROUGHOUT FLIGHT ATTEMPTED TO START THE NR 1 ENGINE. ENGINE OIL PRESSURE INDICATION REMAINED AT 0 PSI AT MAX MOTOR IAW AMM 79-32-00-735-005-R00.
