MAJOR REPAIR.   LT WING OTBD MAIN FLAP UPPER SURFACE INBD T/E AREA DENTED.   FABRICATED REPAIR PLIES TO INSTALLED AT DAMAGE AREA LOCATED 57" FORM INBD-OTBD AND 11" FROM T/E- FWD, SIZE OF DAMAGE IS 2.5" IN DIAMETER.  IAW SRM 57-53-01-2R-1, FIGURE 201, DETAIL III, TABLE III AND SRM 51-70-06-OG-0, PARA 5A, FIGURE 5 AND PARA 4E. OK TO INSTALL.
