THE LT FWD TORQUE BOX PANEL HAS 2EA DELAMINATED,  DISBONDED AREAS NEAR FSS 245.653 AND FSS 171.39.  REMOVED ALL FASTENERS FROM LT FWD TORQUE BOX PANEL, EXCEPT MOST BOTTOM ROW, & BOTTOM AFT ROW, IAW SRM 51-40-02.  INSTALLED NEW TORQUE BOX PANEL ON LT FWD IAW SRM 51-40-02.
