RIGHT HORIZONTAL STAB TO ELEVATOR BONDING STRAP ATTACH BRACKET HAS CORROSION AT HORZ STAB REAR SPAR OTBD SIDE OF MOST OTBD HINGE.  RT HORIZ STAB TO ELEVATOR BONDING STRAP ATTACH BRACKET WAS REMOVED IAW SRM 51-40-02-0G-0 DUE TO MORE THAN 50% EXFOLIATION CORROSION AND REPLACED.
