NR 8 SPOILER , FORWARD UPPER FIXED PANEL , PANEL RIVET HEAD SKIN DAMAGE.  REMOVE THE ENLARGE HOLE MATERIALS AND CLEAN. BOND THE REPAIR PLIES AND ALUMINUM FOIL WITH FILM ADHESIVE CURED AT 260°F FOR 130 MINUTES WITH A MINIMUM VACUUM OF 22 IN/HG. I.A.W. B747-8F SRM 57-51-01-2R-1 REFER TO SRM 51-70-05-2R-0 AND SRM 51-80-03-0G-0 REV. 49.
