## Discrepancy

UNKNOWN NOISE & VIBRATION FROM AIRCRAFT ON CLIMBOUT RESULTED IN AIR TURN BACK.  FOUND #2 AIR INLET DOOR DAMAGED.  INSTALLED NEW INLET DOOR ASSY IAW AMM 21-62-02.
