MAJOR REPAIR. CENTER FUSELAGE BASE FRAME FITTING FR45 LH SIDE HAS SIGNS OF CRACK.   AFTER FURTHER EVALUATION FOUND CRACK LENGTH IS 0.100". ACCOMPLISHED REPAIR IAW EO 46789-JIC 7 AND EO-46789-REQ 6 (APPX J).
