REMOVED LOWER SKIN PANEL (1EA) AT R/W FIXED TRAILING EDGE FOR ACCESS IAW SRM 51-40-21. INSTALLED NEW STRAP AND RE-INSTALLED LOWER SKIN PANEL RIGHT WING FIXED TRAILING EDGE LOWER SURFACE INBD SIDE IAW SRM 51-40-21.
