ATB, ENG 3 OVHT/PRV EICAS MSG AFTER TAKE OFF CHECKLIST PROC. FOLLOWED UP WITH MSG RETURNING AT CRUISE POWER RESULTING IN NO NAI OR T/R ENG 3.  FOUND PRV PNEUMATIC PRESSURE LINE FITTING LOOSE AND BLEEDING AIR OFF THE BELLOWS. TIGHTENED AS OUTLINED IN AMM 11-19-400-802-001. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. RAN ENGINE BLEED SYSTEM PERFORMED NORMALLY.
