## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED EXPERENCING " TRANSPONDER AND COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THEN A HOST OF ELECTRICAL FAILURES, WITH A ODOR OF SMOKE."  FOUND NR 2 COMM HAD FAILED.  REPLACED NR 2 COMM.  GROUND CHECK FOUND ALL OTHER SYSTEMS.
