MALFUNCTION:  BALL SCREW ASSY. P/N 07322P000-05 S/N 3671 IS LEAKING GREASE FROM LOWER WIPER. PROBABLE CAUSE: WIPER FAILURE, WORN. RECOMMENDATION: SEND TO MFG FOR REPAIR.
