REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED, REMOVAL OF DAMAGED AREA, FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF AN INTERNAL FILLER AND REPAIR DOUBLER IN ACCOURDANCE WITH THE DOUGLAS STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL AND ENGINEERING AUTHORIZATION 28260-5508-2002-99.
