FOUND OUT OF LIMITS.  REMOVED DAMAGED AREA.  PERFORMED NDT INSPECTION, NO CRACKS OR CORROSION FOUND AFTER DAMAGE REMOVED.  FABRICATED REPAIR DOUBLER AND FILLER.  CLEANED, TREATED AND PRIMED AREA, FILLER AND INTERNAL SURFACE OF REPAIR DOUBLER.  APPLIED SEALANT TO FAYING SURFACES.
