DURING ROUTINE C-CHECK INSPECTION FOUND MAIN CARGO COMPARTMENT NR 4 TRACK LUGS BROKEN AT STA 320.000 - STA 340.000.  REMOVED DAMAGED TRACK SEGMENT. CLEANED, TREATED, PRIMED AND PAINTED AREA. INSTALLED NEW TRACK SEGMENT IAW  SRM 51-1-21, 53-2-3, SRM 51-1-8B, SRM 53-2-3 51-1-20D AND SRM 51-3-1.
