COCKPIT DOOR LATCH MISSING. PLACED ON NON-ESSENTIAL FURNISHINGS DEFERRAL 70898 ATI-25-20-01-01-N3011.  REMOVED AND REPLACED COCKPIT DOOR HOLD OPEN LATCH IN ACCORDANCE WITH B767 SRM 51-40-02. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. DEFERRAL 70898 CLEARED.
