AFTER PUSHBACK AND CONFIGURED FOR DE-ICING A STRONG ELECTRICAL / PLASTIC BURNING SMELL WAS NOTICED. CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO BLOCKS. AIRCRAFT IS GROUNDED FOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE. SUPPLEMENTAL TO FIRST REPORT IXXA20260312023 DATED 12 MARCH 2026 IN KILN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED C905 IAW B767 AMM 24-22-03. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
