## Discrepancy

AT APPROX 100-400 FT,  RT OIL FILTER EICAS MSG APPEARED. QRH PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED.  BEFORE RT ENG SHUTDOWN, ALL ENG PARAMETERS NORMAL.  WAITED 2 MINS AT IDLE & EICAS STILL DID NOT CLEAR.  RT ENG SHUTDOWN IAW QRH. NO RESTART ATTEMP. RETURNED TO ORIGINAL STATION.  DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. CHKD OIL SYS FOR CONTAM IAW AMM 79-00-00. R & R SCAV PUMP FILTER IAW AMM GE 79-21-04.  NO PRESSURE ONLINE, CHKD PINS 1 & 3 ON D10974.  SWITCH FND TO BE IN BYPASS POSITION. WIRING TO EICAS COMPUTER ALL CHKD GOOD IAW WDM 79-32-11. R & R OIL BYPASS SWITCH IAW AMM GE 79-35-01. ACCOMPLISHED IDLE RUNS FOR OPS CHK & POST WINDMILLING INSP IAW AMM 72-00-00 & AMM 79-35-11. OPS CHKD GOOD. PERFORMED 2 MIN MAX POWER RUN & NO FAULTS NOTED IAW AMM 71-00-00.
