## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION, FOUND UPPER WING INBOARD/OUTBOARD ATTACH BOLT WOULD NOT PROPERLY TIGHTEN TO TORQUE VALUE.  INVESTIGATION REVEALED RIGHT UPPER FORWARD BARREL NUT WAS CRACKED.  FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED RIGHT LOWER FORWARD BARREL NUT WAS ALSO CRACKED.
