## Discrepancy

RIGHT MLG AUXILLARY EXTEND ACTUATOR FOUND DAMAGED DURING REMOVAL AT THE 7500 CYCLE INSPECTION.  THE ACTUATOR END MOUNT WAS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED CATASTROPHICALLY. REPLACED RT MLG AUXILLARY EXTEND ACTUATOR. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
