## Discrepancy

SPARKS AND SMOKE OBSERVED COMING FROM SEAT CONTROL PANEL LOCATED AT THE LT FRONT REAR FACING SEAT, WHILE ON THE GROUND AND NOT IN USE.  REPLACED THR NR 1 AFT FACING SEAT SWITCH CONTROL PANEL. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
