## Discrepancy

DIVERTED DUE TO BAG SMOKE CAS DURING CRUISE.  CREW SMELLED SMOKE AND NOTICED BAG COMPARTMENT HAD BURNT RUBBER SMELL.  AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KAMA.  FOUND AFT BAGGAGE VCS BELT SHREDDED.  REMOVED BELT CAUSING ECS SYSTEM TO BE INOPERABLE.
