DURING CRUISE, CREW RECEIVED PACK TEMP HIGH CAS, HEARD A SQUEAL NOISE, AND NOTICED A BURNT SMELL. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KDPA. FOUND AIR CYCLE MACHINE SEIZED. REPLACED ACM. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS SATISFACTORY. WORK COMPLETED IAW CL350 AMM 21-52-13.
