## Discrepancy

DIVERTED DUE TO R FADEC FAIL CAS PRESENTED AND R ENGINE SHUTDOWN ON DESCENT INTO KPNE AT 9000 FT AND 230-250 KTS. CREW COMPLETED CHECKLIST, NOTIFIED ATC, AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. ATTEMPTED RELIGHT OF THE #2 ENGINE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL (N1, N2, AND OIL PRESSURE INDICATIONS REMAINING WERE WITHIN RANGE). AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KPHL. NO SIGNS OF OIL ON ENGINE COWL. REPLACED THE #2 ENGINE ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNITS IAW CH 350 AMM 76-10-05.
