## Discrepancy

ON TAXI OUT, HEARD LOUD HISS AND COCKPIT STARTED TO FILL WITH SMOKE.  TURNED PACKS OFF AND SMOKE STOPPED.  FOUND FLIGHT DECK FIRE EXTINGUISHER LEAKING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FLIGHT DECK FIRE EXTTIGUISHER IAW AMM 26-24-01.
