## Discrepancy

ON FLT NR 289, CLIMB-OUT FROM RDU, CREW RECEIVED AP PITCH TRIM AND AP MACH TRIM MESSAGE.  CREW HAD TO USE MANUAL TRIM. REMOVED AND REPLACED HSTA IAW MM 27-42-01.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
