## Discrepancy

FUEL DRAIN SUMP UPRIGHT BAR IS CRACKED THRU LOWER SPOT WELD.  FOUND DEFECT AFTER REMOVING SUMP DEBRI SCREEN.  HIGH TEMPERATURE AT WELDING TIME.  RECOMMEND NO SCREENS.
