FOUND CORRODED AREA ON LT SPAR CAP EXTRUSION OF THE VERTICAL STABILIZER REAR SPAR.  REMOVED RIVET OR ACCESS, MECHANICALLY BLENDED CORRODED AREA, PERFORMED NDT AND REPORTED FOR REPAIR DISPOSITION.  CLEANED, TREATED, AND PRIMED REPAIR AREA AND INSTALLED NEW RIVET, PER TEXTRON REPAIR MEMO.
