DURING CLIMBOUT, AIRCREW NOTICED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERING.  GROUND MX R & R THE EMERGENCY LIGHT RELAY BRACKET ASSY.  OPS CHECK WAS PERFORMED, SYS CHECKED SATISFACTORY.  ACFT WAS RETURNED TO FLIGHT STATUS.
