DURING CLIMB, THE ACFT CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERED.  ACFT RETURNED TO FIELD, GROUND MX FOUND LOOSE CONNECTOR PLUG AT RELAY PANEL.  OPS CHECK WAS PERFORMED ON EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYS.  OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY.  ACFT RELEASED TO FLIGHT STATUS.
