## Discrepancy

NR 1 ENGINE SURGING +/- 15 PERCENT TORQUE AND STOPPED, THEN RT ENGINE DID THE SAME.  THERE WAS A BAD ODOR IN THE AIRCRAFT AND THE PACK HOT ILLUMINATED.
