NR 1 ENG PROP WENT TO FEATHER BY ITSELF WHEN THE POWER LEVER WAS MOVED FROM DISC TO FLIGHT IDLE.  INSPECTED RIGGING, OPERATIONAL CHECKED NORMAL.  OCF REQUIRED & FAILED.
