PASSENGER DOOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AT 12,000 FT & EXTINGUISHED AT 5,00 FT.  DEFERRED IAW MEL.  ADJUSTED ALL PAX DOOR STOP BOLTS.  OPERATIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY. NO WARNING LIGHT WITH ACFT PRESSURIZED.
