NR 2 ENGINE FEATHERED UNCOMMANDED.  POWER UPTRIM ILLUMINATED.  WHEN THE POWER WAS RETARDED THE PROP UNFEATHERED.  WITH THE SYS DESELECTED, OFF AND POWER APPLIED THE ENGINE/PROP OPERATE NORMALLY.  DEFERRED IAW MEL.  R&R TSCU.  OPS CHECK SAT.  MEL CLOSED.
