CENTER OMEGA DOUBLER REPAIRED PART LOCALLY FABRICATED.  CENTER OMEGA BEAM AFT OF FR 59 AND FWD OF FR 61.  CUT OUT PERFORMED.  BOTH LOCATIONS REPAIRED.
