INSTALLED DOUBLER ON RUDDER 1. APPLIED FILLET SEAL TO DOUBLER. INSTALLED RUDDERS. CONNECTED THE ENDS OF THE ACTUATOR TO RUDDER. PERFORMED CHECK ON VERTICAL STABILIZER SEAL.
