FLAP FAIL ON APPROACH. CMC SHOWED LT FLAP VELO SENSOR FAIL. FOUND LT VELO SENSOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR DAMAGED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RECEPTACLE J1111. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT FLAP VELOCITY SENSOR. FLAPS OPS CHECK GOOD.
