DURING OCF, ODOR IN COCKPIT DURING CLIMB 10,000 - 20,000 FT. PERFORM GVI OF RECIRC FAN MUFFLERS & RECIR FANS. R & R BLOWN LT RECIRC MUFFLER.  PERFORMED GVI OF LT & RT ACMS. NO DEFECTS. PERFORMED OC OF PACK SYS. OPS CHKD SAT. RAN PACK 1 & 2 ON BOTH APU & ENGS INDIVIDUALLY. ODOR NOT PRESENT WITH APU OR ENGS BLEED SELECTED. PERFORMED GVI OF TERMINALS OF WINDSHIELD HEATING SENSORS. FOUND LT WINDSHIELD POWER TERMINAL TO BE DAMAGED & ARCHING. R & R THE  TERMINAL. OPS CHKD SAT. NO FURTHER DEFECTS. DURING PACK 1 OPS A LIGHT MEK ODOR NOTED. FOUND LT RECIRC MUFFLER BLOWN. R & R THE LT MUFFLER. OPS/LEAK CHECK SAT. NO ODOR NOTED. CAPT FLASHLIGHT HAD BROKEN WIRE & BURNED ODOR. R & R CAPTS FLASHLIGHT ASSY. OPS CHKD SAT.
