FLAP FAIL ON FLIGHT. FOUND FLAP LT SENSOR FAILED AND FLAP DRIVE SENSOR FAILED ON CMC.  PERFORMED FIM. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT VELOCITY SENSOR. OPERATED FLAPS 20 TIMES. OPS CHKD GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. FLAPS REACTIVATED.
