FLIGHT CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY CEILING LIGHTS AT GALLEY AND ROW 7 DO NOT ILLUMINATE. GROUND MX CREW R & R ALL EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES.  EMERGENCY LIGHTS TEST SATISFACTORY ACFT WAS RETURNED TO FLIGHT STATUS.
