ORDERED NEW FLOAT BAGS FROM FLOATS AND FUEL CELLS, ONE MFG DATE MAY 2003, OTHER FEB 2004, BOTH MANUFACTURED WITH AFT BELT AND BUCKLE ASSEMBLIES INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN.  HAD TO SEND FOR REPAIRS TO NEW BAGS.
