REMOVE MAIN ROTOR BLADES AND DISASSEMBLE MAIN ROTOR HUB TO GAIN ACCESS TO SWASHPLATE DISASSEMBLE, FOUND WORN LOCKWASHER, REPLACED SAME. CLEANED, INSPECTED, AND RELUBED.  REASSEMBLE PREVIOUSLY REMOVED COMPONENTS.
