## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT JUST STARTED TO TAXI. AS PILOT RELEASED NOSE WHEEL LOCK THE NOSE WHEEL AXLE BROKE CAUSING LOSS OF NOSE WHEEL. AIRCRAFT WAS STILL ON GROUND AND HAD JUST STARTED TO MOVE. AIRCRAFT SHUT DOWN RESTING ON NOSE LANDING GEAR STRUT.
