AT OVERHAUL, TAIL ROTOR SPINDLE WAS FOUND CRACKED IN AREA OF FIRST THREAD.  SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN NOTIFED AND THE SPINDLE SENT TO THEM.  (X)
