FUEL REPORTED AS VENTING FROM RT WING, NOTED FUEL IMBALANCE AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE.  UPON INVESTIGATION, FOUND RT OVERWING FUEL CAP MISSING, REPLACED CAP AND FUELED TO VTO, NO LEAKS NOTED.
